We give guarantie to the treatment and the materials according to the European standards.
In compliance with the modern treatment principles accepted in dentistry the DENTAL CENTER dental surgery grants 2-year guarantee for:
- Aesthetic filling,
- Golden and porcelain inserts,
- Glued metal-ceramic prostheses,
- Zimmer-Dental implantations.
What is covered by the guarantee:
If the artificial tooth implanted, or the treated tooth get damaged due to the prosthesis, it breaks, loosens, cracks, changes colour despite proper use, it will be restored, corrected by us or the patient will receive the same treatment as before free of charge.
The guarantee is not valid for:
- Root fillings made not at the DENTAL CENTER dental surgery, or of tooth diseases and damages resulting from them
- Problems of prostheses and fillings made at the DENTAL CENTER dental surgery which a dentist other than the workers of the DENTAL CENTER tried to repair.
- Occurrence of allergy after the treatment which was previously unknown, and its consequences
- Extreme use (e.g. grinding of the teeth during sleeping, tooth clench)
- Periodontal disease
- Improper use, accidents
- provide adequate tooth hygiene
- appear at a control examination twice in a year , every 6 months (every 3 months in case of a severe periodontal disease), ± 1 month, to accept the recommended maintenance treatments and have them implemented (e.g. scaling).
