Wrinkle-filling treatment
Wrinkle-filling treatment is a non-surgical procedure for rejuvenating your skin. In spite of Botox treatment, which works with treating facial muscles, wrinkle-filling uses nature-based injectables. Wrinkle-filling can be done between eyebrows, around lips and on forehead. This procedure is ideal for those who would like to renew the contour of their skin and get rid of wrinkles.
The first consultation
At your first consultation you tell the doctor which wrinkles you would like to have treated and what your expectations are. There are 5 classes according to the state of your skin, these are the following:
Class I: Very superficial fine lines that actually need no treatment with injectables.
Class II: Light wrinkles and fine lines that can be treated with temporary or semi-permanent injectables.
Class III: Moderate wrinkles that can be treated with temporary, semi-permanent and permanent injectables.
Class IV: Deep wrinkles that can be treated with the above-mentioned injectables, but where temporary products need more frequent maintenance procedures.
Class V: Deep wrinkles that are fixed to the connective tissue. These wrinkles should not be treated with injectable materials.
If you had been treated with any wrinkle filling products, please inform the doctor, because it may influence your treatment. If you suffer from any skin disease, please tell the doctor because in the case of certain diseases the treatment can not be done until skin is healthy again.
The procedure
Usually before the treatment, anesthetic cream is put on the skin, but in certain cases the doctor may suggest to have anesthetic injection. If you had had any allergic reaction to that before, please tell the doctor. Then the doctor cleanses your skin, injects the material into the wrinkles and smoothes it. The result of the treatment can be seen immediately.
After the treatment
After the wrinkle-filling the treated area may be swollen and erythema or a little bloodshot may occur. These symptoms will disappear in the following few days, but you can help with putting cold compress on it. In the first 24 hours please avoid strong facial gestures, because the material may move. The duration of the treatment depends on which injectable you choose, but the treatment can be repeated.Lip augmentation
Lips are symbols of sensuality. If you are not satisfied with yours, lip augmentation helps you to change the shape and size of your lips or to correct asymmetry. This procedure is non-surgical and quick.
The first consultation
At your first consultation you tell the doctor what your desired lips are and if you would like to have the upper, lower or both lips treated. If you had had lip augmentation before, please inform the doctor as it influences which injectable should be used. If you had had any allergic reaction to local anesthetics before, please tell the doctor, as he uses that in the case of lip augmentation.
The procedure
Lip augmentation is a very quick treatment; it is done in 10 minutes. First the doctor anesthetizes the lip-area and cleanses it. Then he injects the material in and smoothes it.
After the treatment
The treated area gets a little swollen after the augmentation, but within 24 hours it subsides. In the first 24 hours please avoid strong facial gestures, because the material may move. Your lips will be a bit sensitive in the following 10 days. The duration of the treatment depends on which injectable you choose, it can last from half a year to 5 years. If the effect of the injectable absorbs, treatment can be repeated.
